| Barcelona Meeting Point swaps Halls and grows more than ever in its tenth anniversary |

| The Professional Hall will be located in Hall number 8 and the General Attendance Hall will be at Halls number 1 and 2. |

| The year 2006 is very important for Barcelona Meeting Point. Besides of celebrating its tenth anniversary preceded by the international success and constant growth shown up to today, the International Real Estate Show and Symposium will carry out some structural changes given its need to grow as well as its wish to host all those companies that did not fit in last year 2005.
Thus, Hall 8 which used to hold the General Attendance Exhibition will become the Professional Exhibition and, in order to host more exhibitors, the General Attendance Exhibition will move to both Halls 1 and 2. This expansion increases the exhibition area in 20.000 sq. m., which means more and better quality space for all.
The International Symposium also benefits from these changes because it will be located in Hall 8, the same premise where the Professional Exhibition will be, which is a ground floor premise with more space for meetings and conference rooms.
All these changes intended for the tenth anniversary show the main goals of the organizers for this tenth edition. That is to say, more room for all those who want to be part of the truly professional and international real estate event in Spain and to foster successful property businesses.
