| The GRI will collaborate, once again, with BMP |

| The renowned institution Global Real Estate Institute will collaborate one more year with Barcelona Meeting Point’s Symposium. BMP’s Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Enrique Lacalle, and the Managing Director, Josep Pons, travelled to St. Moritz to the GRI Chairmen’s Retreat that took place on January 18th – 21st. This gathering hosted the following sessions: “Europe, self destructing or social model”, with Laurent Fabius, ex-Prime Minister of France, Aleksander Kwasniewski, ex-President of Poland, Michael Portillo, ex-UK Secretary of Defense and Phil Lader, Chairman WPP, “REITs – transforming force or overhyped dud?”, “Germany – has the profit been squeezed out?”, “Investment opportunities – where next?”, “China, India for Western developers – golden opportunity or bridge too far?” and “Hotels, where is the next frontier?” |
