Considering that the Spanish real estate industry at present time is considered to be going through the end of the so-called “golden cycle” experienced for the last ten years, the Urban Land Institute will organize a Seminar at the BMP’s Symposium on business strategies to face this new situation. The new coming cycle will surely be different from the last years’ one because the sales’ rhythm will be slower and, thus, so will be the revenues’.
The ULI Seminar will be divided into three parts:
1 The main one will study the latest trends in sales techniques and real estate marketing
2 The second part will analyze financial strategies to cope with sales decreases.
3 Finally, the third part of the Seminar will focus on new markets with high growth forecasts as an alternative to domestic slow-downs.
