BRAZIL WILL UNVEIL ITS WORLD CUP'S URBAN PROJECTS AT BMP

For the first time in Europe, the Government of Brazil will reveal the town planning and infrastructure projects that will be carried out in the country on the occasion of the celebration of the soccer World Championship in 2014. Such an important event has a great impact on the country where it takes place and generates very important benefits. For example, it generates indirect or direct jobs and attracts foreign investors. It is estimated that the World Championship of 2014 will generate 2,5 billion dollars of investment and it will increase 0,5% the GDP.
Besides, it will increase the tourist flow and it will mean a great promotion of the country abroad. In addition, it involves the improvement of the facilities and the urban and sport equipments that remain as a legacy in the host cities and the renewal of the urban areas, roads, motorways, train stations, etc….
