| RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and Barcelona Meeting Point will conclude an agreement throughout February by which the prestigious association will organise a whole day seminar within the Symposium context.
The seminar will consist of real estate investment, not only in a global level but also in an European one, trends in real estate financing and Real Estate Investment Funds, specially in countries which are in the course of organizing structures of REIF such as France, United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong, etc.
RICS collaborated last year with BMP and in this edition, both parts consider that at this point they should make a longer agreement. The last November19th, Enrique Lacalle y Josep Pons met in London with Liliane van Cauwenbergh, (Manager of European Operations, RICS), and Sean Tompkins, Executive Director of Brand and Membership, in order to detail the collaboration agreement for BMP 2005.
