Barcelona Meeting Point offers new possibilities to adapt to the current times
The 13th edition of Barcelona Meeting Point, that will take place from October 27th to November 1st, 2009, will offer such a variety of new ideas that everyone will be able to participate in the Exhibition and in the International Symposium.
THE EXHIBITION NOVELTIES:
- Time share "Hospitality Stand": it is one of the most important novelties of the Professional Exhibition that consist of being an exhibitor for more or less a 10% of the standard price. Instead of paying € 90,000 for a 120 sq. m. stand at the Professional Exhibition, BMP offers the possibility of having it at one’s disposal during 5 hours to welcome guests or general visitors of the Exhibition, to do a presentation or to offer a cocktail, for a special fee that goes from € 7,000 to 15,000 depending on the requested day or schedule.
- "New Point" Area: this is a new area within the General Attendance Exhibition will have 15 or 30 sq. m. modular stands, with the same structure for everybody. The exhibitor just has to arrive and receive visitors, sit to work and sell. The stands have a really low price: € 5,250 + VAT for the 15 sq. m. stands and € 10,500 + VAT for 30 sq. m. stands (plus a 10% discount if payments are made before July 15th).
- "Club BMP": for those companies without a stand at BMP, there’s the possibility of participating as a “Member of the BMP Club” at a very affordable rate, having advantages that include the attendance to prestigious events such as ‘the Presidents Dinner’, complimentary nights in the Arts Hotel, free registration to the Symposium, use of the Presentation Room and the Private Meeting Room at the Professional Exhibition Hall, to point out some of them.
- "Sustainable Isle": it consist of an isle-space between the Professional and the General Attendance Exhibitions, which design is based on sustainable criteria. It will have an exhibition area for sustainable developments and and a Debate Forum on the pros and cons of sustainability in the real estate market.
Moreover, BMP offers the option of attending as a Professional Visitor for only € 30 when acquiring the registration valid for one day (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday).
THE SYMPOSIUM NOVELTIES:
Besides the regular forfait that grants the entry to all the BMP 2009 Symposium sessions -from October 27th to 29th- which cost is € 1,100 + VAT, BMP offers important discounts:
- Special offer for registrations formalized before July 31st: € 600+ VAT
- Special offer for registrations formalized between August 1st and September 15th: € 800 + IVA
And, as a novelty in this 2009 edition, BMP offers the possibility of attending only the sessions chosen by the visitor with the modality "Pay per Listening". This formula consist of buying the sessions individually at a rate of € 100 per session.
