The great real estate meeting in the Autumn
Barcelona Meeting Point is the only international and professional real estate exhibition in Spain. Of an annual basis, since its founding in 1997, it has become a mandatory meeting for the real estate industry in the Autumn. In just five days, it offers the possibility to networkwith the most relevant personalities in the real estate world, find the best investment opportunities, learn about the latest industry trends, find investors for a product and, in summary, to make business deals. BMP has three different parts: the Professional Exhibition, the General Attendance Exhibition and the International Symposium.
The Professional Exhibition. At the Professional Exhibition, visitors may become acquainted with the latest projects and services from a wide range of companies related to the real estate world, from real estate development companies, public institutions, project management companies, real estate intermediaries and representatives, architects, engineers, consultancy and lawyers’ offices, building companies, investment societies, financial bodies, technical magazines, real estate webs, professional associations, insurance companies, and so on and so forth, with a very large international presence.
The General Attendance Exhibition. The General Attendance Exhibition offers everyday citizens all sorts of real estate products and services for their personal use or as an investment. Here they may find and second homes, business premises, offices and garages, industrial warehouses, land plots, detached or semi-detached houses, and so on, either for rent or for sale. Visitors may compare mortgage loans, become acquainted with existing insurance and valuations, and so on and so forth.
The International Symposium. The BMP Symposium is one most prestigious ones in Europe, where more than 130 national and international renowned speakers analyze the most current and hot real estate subjects. With the backup and support of the most famed real estate international associations, such as the Urban Land Institute or the Global Real Estate Institute, and some of the best world business schools, such as IESE and ESADE, the Symposium is a once-a-year opportunity, it is unrepeatable. Knowing what the top real estate leaders think and being able to get to meet them only happens once a year in Spain and twice in Europe, and it has to be valued by the real estate professionals. The Symposium is a train full of ideas and information supplied by the real national and international top leaders.
