Barcelona Meeting Point's 12th Edition This year, we have created a new Area devoted to PANAMA (“guest country” at BMP’08) which will be represented by more than 50 exhibiting companies and with an exhibition area of more than 4,000 sq.m which will be allocated next to “Live & Invest in Brazil”. The advantage of this area, the same as for Brazil, is that it will be opened during all days of the event (from Tuesday to Thursday only for professional visitors and from Friday to Sunday for the general public). At the same time, we have created 2 other new areas: “LAS AMERICAS” where there will be represented exhibiting companies from different countries belonging to Latin America such as Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Honduras, etc . The duration of this area will be like Brazil and Panama (from November 4th to the 9th – Sunday, 9th up to 3 p.m. only). Thank to the great success of the Event we have been organizing at the beginning of July in Bucharest, we also have decided to create an area only devoted to different East and Central Europe Countries such as Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia, within other. This area is very well located as it in the access which easily connects to the Convention Center (Hall no 5) – just crossing the avenue, where the Symposium will take place. There will be 2 or 3 fully equipped rooms with a capacity for 100 people approx. where all the exhibiting and non exhibiting companies can make their own commercial presentations. The rate for exhibiting companies is 500 euros / hour + VAT (minimum time to be contracted: 2 hours) and for non exhibiting companies is 6.000 euros / 2 hours + VAT.
