15th edition of Barcelona Meeting Point October 19th – 21st, 2010 Barcelona Meeting Point is the only international and professional real estate exhibition in Spain. Of an annual basis, since its founding in 1997, it has become a mandatory meeting for the real estate industry in the autumn. In just five days, it offers the possibility to network with the most relevant personalities in the real estate world, find the best investment opportunities, learn about the latest industry trends, find investors for a product and, in summary, to make business deals. BMP has three different parts: the Professional Exhibition, the General Attendance Exhibition and the International Symposium. The Professional and International Exhibition Exhibitors will be able to benefit from different discounts depending on the space contracted and type of payment. A 600 square meters space that will host an exclusive Business Lounge with free coffee service and cocktails (only at certain hours), an “express-presentation” area and a full 200 seats Presentation Room. Meeting Point of Institutional Investors. A 600 square meters space that will host an exclusive Business Lounge with free coffee service and cocktails (only at certain hours) and a full 150 seats Presentation Room. Russian Meeting Point. It will be at least a 400 square meters for all those who want to sell or channel their sales to the Russian market. It will have a Business Lounge with free coffee services and two Happy Hours throughout the day. It will also more relaxed lounge were you can network with other professionals. Stands for 12 companies at € 6,000 each stand. The characteristics and stand equipment are specified in the Sales Brochure. Classic Area - Turn Key Stand – “Basic Decoration”. Stands between 20 and 40 sq.m. fully equipped. If payment in full before April 30th, there will be a 20% discount. Hospitality Stands - Time Sharing Time sharing stands at the Professional Exhibition. BMP offers the possibility of contracting a stand during the morning or the afternoon only, without having to be present during all days of celebration of the Show.
