16th edition of Barcelona Meeting Point October 17th – 21st, 2012 Barcelona Meeting Point is the only international and professional real estate exhibition in Spain. Of an annual basis, since its founding in 1997, it has become a mandatory meeting for the real estate industry in the autumn. In just five days, it offers the possibility to network with the most relevant personalities in the real estate world, find the best investment opportunities, learn about the latest industry trends, and find investors for a product and, in summary, to make business deals. BMP has three different parts: the Professional Exhibition, the General Attendance Exhibition and the International Symposium. The General Attendance Exhibition For the forthcoming edition of BMP, it is worth pointing out: - The “Classic” Area: the ‘lifelong’ General Attendance Exhibition. Exhibitors who reserve a stand of more than 100 sq.m. and make a single payment before March 30th, will have a 30% discount. If the choose payment in installments (40% before May 30th and the remaining amount before September 15th) the discount will be 20%. For stands from 20 to a 100 sq.m. and single payment before March 30th, the discount will be 20%. For payment installments, (40% before May 30th and the remaining amount before September 15th) the discount will be 10%. - The “New Point" Area: this is an area with 15 or 30 sq. m. modular stands, with the same structure for everybody. The exhibitor just has to arrive and receive visitors, sit to work and sell. Exhibitors who pay the stand in the “New Point” area before March 30th will have a 10 % discount. The stands located in the main corridor and/or entrance door will have a surcharge of €1.000 per each module of 15 sq.m. - "District Point" - Barcelona Meeting Point offers to real estate brokers of the metropolitan area of Barcelona por participate as Exhibitors for only €1,500.
