Jordi Fernández (1970) founded his own company SIMER in May 1995, leaving his previous position as Director of the Industrial Department in Gesta, where he leaded the asset management in Catalonia and was directly responsible of Investment (1990-1995). Jordi Fernández begun his professional career in urban cadastre in Serplan in 1986, when he was16 years old. He also spent several years in Cafur, operating and acquiring estate transactions.
