As head of the Property and Tourism team at the EBRD, Sylvia oversees both new investments/loans as well as the management of its EUR 1 bio portfolio. The Property and Tourism portfolio is composed of direct equity investments, investments in real estate funds as well as loans to real estate projects.

In addition, she serves on the advisory boards and/or investment committees of certain real estate funds investing in Central Europe and Russia.

Sylvia also has extensive experience in the private equity fund of funds business in Central and Eastern Europe, having been a key member of the private equity funds team of the EBRD for 7 years.

Prior to the EBRD, Sylvia worked for UBS in Switzerland and Japan.

Sylvia is a graduate of Paris University, and holds an MBA from INSEAD in France.
