The 2019 BMP Accelerator has allowed to go deep into the mutual knowledge (startups and consolidated companies)
in relation to the sector current needs and challenges.
- Improve the capacity to carry out business initiatives and to start innovative projects.
- Provide the necessary tools to identify, develop and create market opportunities.
- To learn methods to facilitate the internationalization of business initiatives.
- Improve the preparation for investment on new companies (Investment Readiness).
- To prepare the startups to work together with corporations.
- Networking with potential corporate partners.
- Diagnosis: one-to-one session with each startup, to establish a preliminary diagnosis of the startups needs and current status, adding value to the total program design and to how the value will be given.
- Agile Sales: theoretical and practical sessions on advanced Marketing & Sales techniques, bringing a global vision focused on results.
- Team: sessions focused on high performance teams consolidation.
- Investment Readiness: assessment and guidance to achieve the preparation for successful investment rounds.
- Real Estate Workshops: meetings with key sector’s companies in order to bring closer the PropTech startups and the sector current needs and own characteristics and to analyze challenges and defiance that have to be solved.
